“Expression of Interest” is invited from Young Chartered Accountants having atleast 5 years of post Qualification experience (FCA) for opening a big CA firm –

Proposal –

A CA firm namely – ABC Advisors, LLP shall be opened by taking 5-10 partners from Delhi/NCR for starting a CA firm by taking most common aged and experienced young Chartered Accountants of same family/social and financial background. The idea is to join hands for initial risk sharing and to become big in size. In order to maintain equality, capital contribution and profit/loss sharing ratio shall be equal for all. This is a unique opportunity for young chartered accountants who always think of doing their own practice but could never make it happen in reality due to initial fear/risks etc.

Criteria –
1. The candidate must be having an extreme desire/passion to practice the profession of Chartered Accountancy
2. The candidate must not be more than 32 years of age.
3. The candidate must be FCA in Industry or in practice.
4. The candidate must be having atleast some good clientele/links or connections.
5. The candidate must be having a command over atleast one area of expertise – say Income Tax, Service tax, Loans syndications, bank audits, outsourcings experience.
6. The candidate must be ready to leave his present job/ service as this is a serious whole time project.
7. The amount of per partner Capital contribution shall be Rs. 5.00 Lacs
