Under Sec 61 of Mvat 2002, audit is compulsory to certain dealer irrespective of turnover , like for dealers holding license of FL-II.
Under Bombay Foreign Liqour Act, there are different licenses of which two licenses are FL-II and FL-BR-II , So I my query is whether for audit purpose u/s 61 of Mvat 2002,where FL-II is mentioned will also covers and includes FL-BR-II ,so that dealer holding license of FL-BR-II will require audit irrespective of turnover basis?
