Dear All,
If i have input credit in any month and i do sale and stock transfers in the same month in the ratio of 50:50 , than as per rules i can take 50% of my inputs credit. but is there is any way that i can take 100 % credit of this input. i transfers to my branch outside the state which sale this good to further.

If i dont take any credit in any month and i have input in that month than can i forward this input in next month

Sir

Is your question is on Cenvat or under VAT legislation under a State?

Kindly clarify this position to give you a feed back

Best Regards

ANY REMOVAL OF GOODS WILL BE WITH AN INVOICE WITH EXCISE DUTY. WHETHER IT IS YOU OR BRANCH THE CREDIT WILL BE WITH YOU UNTIL THE GOODS PART WITH YOU TO THE CUSTOMERS.

YOU CAN CARRY FORWARD THE INPUT CREDIT TO NEXT MONTH.
