I was wondering whether it is legally permissible to form a firm of Chartered accountants by way of LLP. After all, LLP is best suited for professional firms and will help the CAs to get away from the unlimited liability.

I know it is allowed in several other countries. Any opinion as to why it should not be possible in India? Some clarification from the institute is welcome.
